We’re launching our first ENSO Men’s Gathering — a key part of what Kaizen Path is about.

This isn’t just sitting around talking.
It’s a structured session built around movement, breathwork, and real conversation.

Why ENSO?

ENSO comes from Zen philosophy — the Gathering.
It represents connection, presence, and showing up as you are.

For us, it reflects what we’re building:

  • A Gathering of men — no hierarchy, no ego
  • Connection over isolation
  • Progress, not perfection

Everything we do comes back to our purpose:
Stronger men → stronger families → stronger communities.

Men’s Gathering are one of the ways we bring that to life — connection, prevention, and brotherhood.

Location: Kellyville Community Hall, Wrights Road
Duration: 2 hours
Contribution: Voluntary donation if you’d like to help cover the hall hire

  • The men’s Gathering itself is not compulsory, but we’d love your support — especially being the first one
  • We move through the session together — no splitting off
  • Expect to show up, move, connect, and go a bit deeper

We’ll also start by asking:

We’re keeping this limited to 5 sessions across the year, so there’s intention behind it.
